We delivery by courier within 24h from the moment you placed an order. If you order before 10.00 am, we can try to organize the delivery the same day.

RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your article in the original packaged within 2 working days from the date of delivery. For the preserved rose in glass dome, glass is fragile,we are package with foam if both of rose and glass are damaged in transit ( for this we sincerely apologize) we will return the payment or send a new one according to the customers' request.
